Automatic palletizer for wrap around cartons and trays containing glass bottles

This system includes 1 layer palletizer and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically arrange 7 types of wrap around cardboards and 2 types of trays containing glass bottles on pallets (to 1.350 mm tall, able to get to 2050 mm); all of it will be managed by the operator and organized in the warehouse.
Cardboard sizes change depending on the type of bottle (from 0,25 to 0,75 l) and on the inserting scheme (3×4, 4×6, 2×3) with different heights of pallet and two different types of pallet (800×1200 h150 and 1000×1200 h150) to face a production from 1350 to 1800 cardboards per hour.
The supply is completed by a number of devices: full cartons conveying, layer performer, middle-layer, warehouse and palette conveying, protections and accident prevention devices.
