Automatic depalletizer for glass bottles

The supply includes a manual pallet insertion layer depalletizer with a down-discharge, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take 1 type of glass bottles from pallets (to 2300 mm tall); they will be arranged into the pre-existent automation system to get filled up with liquor.
The bottles contain 75 cl of wine, there are 233 bottles per layer and a maximum production of 25.200 bottles per hour.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation roller units, empty pallets warehouse, middle-layers warehouse, film removing board, picking system, protection systems and accident prevention devices.
