Automatic cartoning and palletizing for plastic bottles

The project consists in a complete palletizing system, includes 2 machines and some other devices all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to manage an automatic production of cartons containing personal care products, manually closed and coming from two lines for each one of the two palletizers; there are two types of pallets (800×1200 mm and 1000×1200 mm) and reach a maximum height of 2000 mm, for a production of 200 and 400 cartons per hour depending on the format.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation roller units, full and empty pallets warehouse, single and double taking picking head, protections and accident prevention devices.
