Automatic depalletizer for glass bottles

This system includes 1 machine and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take glass bottles from pallets (to 1.900 mm tall), to insert them into the pre-existent automation system: there are 16 different sizes (from 0,2 to 1 l) for a variable number of bottles per layer (from 86 to 462 units) and different heights of pallet based on the structure (from 3 to 9 layers); production is also affected by these data (from 7.300 to 12.000 bottles per hour).
In the first place there’s a chain system conveying the full pallet to the machine which, after cutting the protective film, starts the containers depalletizing procedure; bottles are pushed on an allocation system arranging and preparing them to get distributed by automatic transports to the filling systems.
