Automatic depalletizer for glass bottles

The supply includes a manual pallet insertion layer depalletizer with a down-discharge, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take 10 different types of glass bottles from pallets (to 2100 mm tall); they will be arranged into the pre-existent automation system to get filled up with liquor.
The containers range goes from 35 cl to 100 cl with different pallet heights depending on the structure (from 120 to 298 bottles per layer) and a maximum production of 14.000 bottles per hour.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation roller units, empty pallets warehouse, middle-layers warehouse, honeycomb deviders remover, picking system, protection systems and accident prevention devices.
