Automatic depalletizer for oval glass bottles

This system includes 1 machine and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take oval shaped bottles from pallets (to 2000 mm tall), arrange them on a tray and insert them into the pre-existent automation system: there are 12 different sizes (3 different types of bottle, from 0,2 to 1 liter) and a variable number of bottles per layer (from 60 to 203 units) and different heights of pallet based on the structure (from 8 to 18 layers); production is also affected by these data (from 6.000 to 12.000 bottles per hour).
In the first place there’s a chain system conveying the full pallet to the machine which, after cutting the protective film, starts the containers depalletizing procedure; vases are pushed on an allocation system arranging and preparing them to get distributed by automatic transports to the filling systems.
