Automatic depalletizer for PET and glass bottles

This system is composed of one machine and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take two types of bottles from pallets (to 3000 mm tall), one made of glass and one made of thick PET with a flat bottom; they will be arranged into the pre-existent automation system to get filled up with mineral water.
There are 3 different sizes (from 400 to 700 ml) with different heights depending on the structure (from 8 to 10 layers) and a production of 12.000 bottles per hour.
Full pallets are manually brought to the machine starting the depalletizing procedure; empty bottles are pushed on an allocation system organizing them and inserting them in the customer’s filling line.
