Automatic layer palletizer for bags

This system includes a layer palletizer and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically arrange 5 types of polyethylene bags on pallets; all of it will be managed by the operator and arranged in the warehouse.
Bags sizes change dimensions (from 5 to 25 kg), with different pallet heights depending on the number per layer (from 10 to 14) and 3 different types of pallet (800×600, 800×1200 and 1000×1200 mm) to face a production of 1000 bags per hour in each one of the 3 lines.
The supply is completed by a number of devices: bags conveying and turning, layer preformer, middle-layer, warehouse and palette conveying, protections and accident prevention devices.
