Automatic monoblock for the cartoning of wine bottles

This system is composed of 3 machines and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
Customer’s requirement is to have an end-of-line system linked with his pre-existent automation; more specifically, it will manage bottles filled and labelled (3000 bottles per hour), prepare cartons with bottles in the required size (from 250 to 500 cartons per hour), form pallets to get arranged in the warehouse and carried in distribution points. In the first place there is a casepacking compact system managing wine bottles from 0,2 to 0,75 ml; products are put inside an american carton, prepared by the same machine. The carton gets closed by a glueing head or a taping head depending on needs, in two sizes: 4×3 or 3×2; a belt will carry this carton to the weight-controlling device which checks the production process went right. At this point we get to the palletizing phase; cartons have the maximum weight of 12 kg and are positioned by the machine on two different kinds of pallet: 1200×800 h.140 or 800×600 h.140 following previous agreements with the customer.
