This project consists of automatically arranging mechanical cap beer bottles into wooden boxes; this system is designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
Bottles are made of glass and contain 330 ml of beer; there is only one bottle picking format (3×4) and the picking head is designed for handling the product without damaging the guarantee seal on the bottle. The production is of 5.000 bottles per hour and the wooden boxes have 2 different sizes.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty boxes convey, landing deck for preparing lots and bottles to place in the boxes, safety and protection devices.
