This system is designed for palletizing cartons of different sizes glass bottles containing liquors, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
Bottles have 24 different sizes and shapes, for a variable production from 9 and 26 cartons per layer, pellet sizes are 1000×1200 with a maximum height of 1800 mm.
The supply also includes some other devices: conveying belts and rollers (cartons and pallets), pallets and separators warehouse, carton layer over pallet preforming system, safety and protection systems.
