Automatic palletizer for packs of PET bottles

This system includes 1 layer palletizer and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically arrange 5 types of bundles containing PET bottles; all of it will be managed by the operator and arranged in the warehouse.
Bundles sizes change depending on the type of bottle (from 300 to 2500 ml) and on the inserting scheme (3×2, 4×3) with different heights of pallet and two different types of pallet (900×1500 h150 and 1000×1200 h150) to face a production from 2000 to 6000 bundles per hour.
The supply is completed by a number of devices: full bundles conveying, layer performer, middle-layer, warehouse and palette conveying, protections and accident prevention devices.
