Automatic palletizer for shrink-wrapped water bundles

This system includes one two-entrance layer palletizer and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically arrange 5 types of bundles containing PET bottles; all of it will be managed by the operator and arranged in the warehouse.
Bundles sizes are steady for a 500 ml bottle and the inserting scheme is 6×4, the pallet size is single (1200×1000 h145mm) and the maximum height is 1350 mm, to face a production of 40.000 bottles per hour.
The supply is completed by a number of devices: full bundles conveying, layer preformer, middle-layer, warehouse and palette conveying, protections and accident prevention devices.
