Automatic palletizing and wrapping system for buckets and bags

The project consists in a complete palletizing system, includes 2 machines and some other devices all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to manage an automatic production of two types of product: polyethylene bags (2 formats of 4 kg and 10 kg) and buckets (2 formats of 10 kg and 10/12.5 kg) containing salt; bags get palletized in12 layers for the 4 kg format and 7 layers for the 10 kg format, reaching a maximum height of 1300 mm and 1125 mm and a weight of 1000 kg, for a production of 2400 or 1200 bags per hour.
Buckets are palletized following the required schemes and reach a maximum height of 1260 mm and a weight of 680 kg, for a production of 600 buckets per hour.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation roller units and shuttle, combined winder, weight checking device, buckets positioner, middle tray, protections and accident prevention devices.
