Cartoning and palletizing for Doypacks

Automatic cartoning station for doypacks containing liquid soap.

The supply includes a cartoning and palletizing monoblock which performs the forming of cartons, the cartoning of the product and the sealing of the carton.

The structure is made of painted steel and it is furnished of protections with Plexiglass access doors and it is equipped with safety sensors according to the highest safety standards.

It reaches the best performance thanks to the double belt loader, the gripping system with 6 rubber grippers, the pneumatic storage for empty pallets and the automatic labeller.

The labeling machine supplied by the customer was also implemented with the new automation, assembled following precise indications and specific production requirements.

The cartons are placed on 800×1.200 / 1.000×1.200 mm pallets, the arrangement and the number of layers depend on the format of doypacks and the pallet reaches a maximum height of 1500 mm.

Once the work process has started, the machine operates automatically and independently, reducing the operator’s work to refilling the adhesive tape, glue and cartons. Operators manage the machine using an intuitive HMI panel.
