Robotic island for cartoning and palletizing bags of pesticides and fertilizers.
The fully automated station includes a carton former and a belt carton sealer with productions up to 1500 cartons per hour.
A single gripping device, designed and manufactured in the TMG Impianti plants, allows the bags to be cartoned and palletized, both boxed and to be positioned directly on the pallet. It requires no format change, everything is managed with a single touch.
