Cartoning monoblock for containers of corrosive liquids

This system is composed of one machine and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant. Customer’s requirement is to have an end-of-line system linked with his pre-existent automation; more specifically, it will manage jerrycans containing industrial detergent (production range between 900 and 1800 jerrycans per hour) and it will prepare cartons with jerrycans in the required size. In the first place there is a motorized belt carrying the filled and sealed product, towards the compact casepacker system which manages the two sizes of 1 liter or 5 liters; products are then put inside an american carton prepared by the same machine in two sizes (5×2 and 2×1) and at the end it gets closed by a taping head. A second belt will take the colsed cartons to the employee who will bring them to the warehouse.
