Robotic station for cartoning glass bottles.
The island was built for a major wine producer.
The plant consists of a honeycomb dividers inserter, a case packer, a carton closing system and is connected to existing systems through specific modifications and connections. The whole line for now will work at a maximum production of 12000 bottles / hour; the limit is given by the carton former with 2000 cartons / hour in 3×2 format.
The system was built and tested in Italy and is integrated with a remote assistance system.
