Depalletization of tin and cardboard boxes for bottles

This system is composed of one machine and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to independently take full glass bottles and cardboard containers with a plastic base from pallets, and deliver them towards the machine that puts the bottles inside the containers: the customer owns more than 20 types of product for a production of 10.800 bottles per hour, the standard pallets (800×1200 mm and 1000×1200 mm) that reach a maximum height of 2000 mm when full.
The machine is equipped with a pneumatic device taking care of moving the plastic separator from the pallet when the layer is being moved, to arrange them in the special warehouse.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet conveying system, allocation system, protection systems and accident prevention devices.
