This system is composed of 2 machines and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
Customer’s requirement is to have an end-of-line system linked with his pre-existent automation; more specifically, it will manage glass bottles containing whisky (production range from 7800 to 9360 jerrycans per hour) and prepare cartons with bottles in the required size (3 different types depending on sizes – 390 boxes per hour).
In the first place there is a motorized belt carrying the product which is filled up and sealed to the casepacking compact system managing the three different bottle sizes, 2 of 50 ml, 1 of 100 ml; products are put inside an american carton, prepared by the same machine in the only size of 6×4. A short belt carries the cartons towards a second machine closing cartons through glue-sprayers; in the end particular rollers will apply the pressure needed for the glue to seal the box.
One last belt will carry the closed cartons towards the employee who will bring them to the warehouse.
