Palletizing island for multiline boxes containing glass bottles

The supply sets in a preinstalled project, the existing atomation gets partly reviewed, partly renewed; it will get all completed by a new palletizing island with robot. Starting from 24 different carton sizes, the line will work up to 3.100 cartons per hour on a 3×2 base and 1.550 cartons per hour on a 3×4 base; the product to handle is wine in glass bottles. The customer’s requirement is to get linked to the existing automation system: the machine where the carton gets formed is reviewed, the section where the wine gets bottled and positioned in the cartons following the required formats it’s unchanged; the main part of the project is focused here, arranging the different types of cartons on a tray, preparing them to get managed by the robot to easily distribute them on the pallets following the agreed schemes. The supply also includes some other devices: winder, middlelayers and pallet warehouse, middlelayers inserting column, full and empty pallets conveying rollers, safety and protection systems.
