Robotic palletizing island for PET bottles

The supply includes a palletizing system able to organize 4 or 5 gallons PET water bottles on pallets.
The special picking heads are formed by a nipper which picks up the product and a supporting bell ensuring the right manipulation in complete safety.
The robot will have to perform both the horizontal palletizing of water bottles inside special plastic racks, and the vertical palletizing on wooden pallet with wooden separators between layers. On pallets there will be 16 bottles arranged for each layer for a maximum of 3 layers; between inner layers, a robot will settle paper separators.
Included in the supply: a dime kit able to correctly perform the picking up of the lot for the 4 different types of palletizing (the line works at a 1200 bottles per hour speed); surface for the lot arrangement; rollers carrying products and pallets; protection and safety devices.
